Avocados and tahini dip

Avocado with lemon, garlic, parsley, cayenne and paprika

Avocados and tahini dip

Ingredients:

2 large avocados
4 tablesp lemon juice
3 tablesp tahini
2 tablesp olive oil
2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/4 teasp cayenne
1 teasp paprika

Method:

  1. Peel avocados and remove seed, cut into pieces then put into a blender with all other ingredients until into a smooth paste.
  2. Serve with pita bread.
