Ingredients:
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Tomato Puree
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Tsp Ground Chilli
1 Tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tblsp White Vinegar
Method:
- In a medium sauce pan add the olive oil, tomato, garlic, chilli, cumin, salt, pepper and water.
- Simmer on a low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat, place in a serving bowl, mix through vinegar then serve.
