Ingredients:
3 Cups Cooked Brown Lentils
2 Medium Potatoes, boiled, peeled, chopped
6 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander, finley chopped
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- In a food proccessor blend all the ingedients until a smooth paste.
- Add more or less water depending on how thick you like it.
- Serve with pita crisps.
