Ingredients:
1 cup of raw tahini
1 cup filtered water
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp cumin
2 Tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 sprigs fresh parsley
Method:
- Remove parsley and then chop the leaves into tiny
pieces.
- Put the tahini in a big bowl and slowly add water
while stirring continuously. Add the parsley and all the other ingredients.
- When the water has been incorporated into the tahini
and it has a uniformly smooth texture, it is ready.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the tahini and sprinkle
with a little hot red pepper.
