Ingredients:
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Medium Tomato, finely diced
2 Clove Garlic, crushed
2 Tsp Morrocan Spice Mix
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tblsp Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, roughly chopped
Method:
- In small frying pan heat the oil then sauté the garlic, tomato and spice for 2-3 minutes to soften the tomato.
- In a serving bowl add the yogurt mix through the tomato mixture and parsley then serve.
