Turkish Yogurt and Walnut Dip
Yogurt with mashed walnuts, garlic, chilli and garnished with paprika

Ingredients:
2 Cups Plain Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Cup Walnuts
1 Tsp Ground Chilli
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
Paprika for garnish
Method:
- Finely mash the walnuts with a mortar and pestle then mix all the ingredients togeather.
- Add a little water if you want to make the mixture smoother.
- Serve with pita crisps.
